Welcome to Kalla, where it’s all about taking a moment for your self. Our goal is to consistently offer you and our other valued guests the very best in personalized salon and spa services, and we ask that you help us to successfully achieve that goal.

Spa Appointments

Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your first spa appointment, and 10 minutes in advance of subsequent appointments. This is your time and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.

Salon and Spa Etiquette

Kalla Lily Salon and Spa is a retreat for everyone to equally enjoy to the utmost. Cellular phones must be turned off beyond the reception area, unless reasonable circumstances necessitate their use. Regardless all cellular phones should be only on silent mode.

Children

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while receiving services.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% (fifty) of the total services scheduled.  When scheduling an appointment after ONE no show or late cancellation we will require that you guarantee your reservation by providing us with a valid credit card. If you are uncomfortable leaving us a credit card we gladly welcome you on a walk in basis.

Wedding Parties / Group and Multiple Bookings

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a two-week cancellation notice. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation not within the required time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% (fifty) of the total services.

Corporate Gifts and Incentives

Reward employees and excellent customers or provide an incentive for business associates with a gift card.

Referral Benefits

We deeply value our devoted clientele. If you came to us via a referral, please make sure to indicate that persons name on your new client form, so that we may thank them appropriately.

All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting at and subject to change without notice.

Duration of Services

All times quoted for treatments and packages are approximate.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your original purchase date. All products returned must be 75% full. We do not accept returns on Skincare, Makeup, Clarisonics/Opal or Styling Tools. All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. All returns will be refunded with a Kalla Lily gift card. No cash back or credit card refunds.
